this silent storm

Brown

Brown is such a boring word
and never could comprise
beauty captured by this light
and held within your eyes,
so deep, so rich, so glowing
no earthly words I find
to properly describe them
or express what’s in my mind;
and with my words I struggle
to share the essence of
their wondrous glorious hue-
the color of true love.
